We are looking for a Team Lead for UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as Websites and Mobile applications. The UI/UX designer will work closely with our marketing team and designers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in UI/UX designing
- Strong experience in the design and delivery of complex, interactive, large-scale design projects
- Exposure to media, telecom, or related sectors preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and design skills
- Ability to interpret user problems within the context of the product/business and detailed findings into actionable design recommendations and solutions
- Strong communication & presentation skills (written, oral and visual
- Ability to work with multi-ethnic cross-functional teams
